Passage Fest

Passage Fest aims to animate and revive urban spaces in Novi Sad through chamber-type cultural contents, which are adapted to those specific spaces.

Passage Fest brings together events from various fields of contemporary art – literature, stage, visual, film and music arts. At the first edition of the festival, we presented a number of different events from all domains of contemporary creativity. Our goal is for the festival to progress in the coming years and to create a program designed and adapted to specific spaces in the city through artistic production, by engaging more artists of different profiles.

The festival is the result of cooperation between the cultural institution “Sterijino pozorje” and the independent actors of the cultural scene – Multimedia Center Led Art, Reaktor and Grafička Zadruga. Also, the festival includes catering establishments and other business entities in the Zmaj Jovina passage 22.

First, the pilot edition of Passage Fest lasted four days, from August 25th until August 28th 2022. In the course of four days, visitors had the opportunity to visit four exhibitions, watch one theater performance, a selection from two film festivals, listen to two speaking programs and two music concerts.
